Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 September 2026
Please read these terms before using the Chulo website or POS. They set out the rules for access, accounts, and liability.
01Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Chulo marketing website and, where applicable, Chulo restaurant POS services. By accessing the site or using Chulo, you agree to these terms.
If you are accepting on behalf of a restaurant or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
02The service
Chulo provides software tools for restaurant operations, including orders, kitchen tickets, billing, tables, menu, inventory, and staff. Use is subject to your plan and any written agreement with us.
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.
03Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your restaurant’s accounts.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting us, and you must use Chulo only for lawful restaurant operations.
04Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or product. That includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping beyond normal use, or using Chulo to violate applicable law.
You remain responsible for tax, VAT, and business compliance related to bills and records you produce with Chulo.
05Fees
Paid plans, if any, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shared at signup or in a separate agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Unpaid amounts may result in suspension of access until resolved.
06Intellectual property
Chulo, including its name, branding, software, and site content, belongs to us or our licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service for your restaurant while your account is in good standing.
You retain ownership of your restaurant’s operational data. You grant us permission to process that data to provide and improve the service.
07Disclaimer and liability
The website and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chulo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, where applicable.
08Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. You or we may terminate a paid subscription according to your plan terms.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, if fees are unpaid, or if required for security or legal reasons.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
10Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
